I love catching up with good friends that I have known for years. I have so many friends from many different places! But we all get along well together! Its always wonderful to catch up and even though time may have passed, it is never awkward to have a good chin wag! Treasure your friends they make life more interesting and best of all fun!
Celebrate Living History
Celebrate Living History in conjunction with Tertiary Institutes, community groups and historical societies will develop digital content, exhibitions and publications to help close the gap between generations, reduce social isolation and promote positive aging. Our purpose is to connect with education providers and community groups to create a nation -wide internship program, which will value stories about history, community and culture for future generations. Celebrate Living History currently is self-funded by its founder Bev Wilkinson and has received support from community groups, historical societies, Monash University, Swinburne University and Griffith University. With humble beginnings Celebrate Living History arose from the need to document stories from seniors within the Mornington Peninsula. Our founder visited community groups within the area and discovered the wealth of information seniors had to share. This was the moment the idea to create a legacy building internship program was started. http://www.celebratelivinghistory.com.au/ View all posts by Celebrate Living History
