Grateful for the opportunity to work for my dreams

I’m tired and I really need sleep. But I am grateful for the opportunity to work many jobs to help fulfill my dreams.

I’ve just finished a shift at my customer service job and it was such a long day. I love working with a variety of people but time does go slow with the cricket.

I was asked Who was winning? I replied to tell you the truth I have no clue. I’ve worked many cricket games but I still don’t understand the rules! But hey ask me where the toilet or TAB is and I’m your girl!

I’m gradully building my savings so I can go to the United States next year. I really want to speak at the Generations United Conference and meet those that have the ability to inspire me to take my organisation Celebrate Living History to the next level.  Or just to give me hope that what I’ve poured my heart and soul into has an opportunity to be valued on an international level and most of all have a sustainable future.

I believe all these jobs have come into my life for a reason. I am so grateful to be employed as I know how hard it can be to find a job in this tough economy.

So while others play, I work it’s just the way the wheel has turned. If you really want something you got to make it happen, anyway you can. It’s a seven day working week and I know my body will totally ache at the end!

Quote of the day: Infuse your life with action. Don’t wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honour your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen…yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.
