The ability to stretch both body and mind

One of my simple joys is going to a yoga class. Sure I struggle and my favourite part is the sleeping bit at the end. But for me its one hour which I devote to myself.

Its my escape from the busy world. Just to concentrate on how I feel and to enjoy stretching both body and mind.

I’ve been going to yoga class for the past year and its the best exercise to do if you are constantly jumping from one job to another. Yoga forces you to focus on the things that matter. It also makes you think of the bigger picture.

One of my favourite parts of yoga class is the words of wisdom my teacher shares with the class. And in a sense she has inspired my blog. Every day I look forward to which words she shares. Sometimes I remember. Sometimes I forget. But I always leave with a big smile on my face and of course a more relaxed state of mind.
